# 模板中帖子/主题删除的可选说明

我真的很喜欢这个 moderation 系统，不过我觉得如果能有一个功能，让版主添加一条评论并插入到模板中，会非常有用。

目前模板比较通用，用户可能不太清楚导致标记的具体问题是什么。我觉得如果能插入一句话，会有所帮助。再单独发私信太麻烦了。

这个原型图很粗糙，但希望能有所帮助。

例如，在标记或删除帖子/主题时，版主可以选择性地提供额外的说明，这些说明将被插入到发送给用户的邮件模板中。

经过考虑，我现在意识到，这种评论框应仅在版主执行标记或操作时才启用。

关键在于，目前模板列出了可能的原因清单，包括指南中的_某些内容_，而这一功能可以让版主帮助用户理解具体原因。
