# Our PMs stopped working

Thaks for your reply Simon, our configurarion is OK (TL1) but nobody than Admins can send PMs.

The issue is not around this. And it’s probable related to #encrypt but I just disabled and removed the plugin and the issue persists.

> BTW that’s the second time I try to search ‘private messages’ instead ‘personal messages’ on Discourse config 😅
