# Outlook SMTP无法工作

我束手无策。我正在使用 Outlook 作为我自托管的 discourse 设置的邮件系统。医生一直说这是身份验证问题，但是，当我通过另一个服务测试 SMTP 以查看设置是否有效时，它通过了，所以显然是 Discourse 在我这边出了问题。有人可以登录我的服务进行测试吗？我有一种感觉这与 Outlook 的身份验证系统“STARTTLS 和 OpenAuth”有关。

您是指 [outlook.com](http://outlook.com) 吗？我认为它很快就会阻止您的电子邮件，因为它不适合发送此类电子邮件。Gmail 也是如此。您需要使用一些专业的 SMTP 服务（Sendgrid、Mailgun 等）。

如果您的 SMTP 配置在其他客户端上正常工作，那么问题很可能出在 Discourse 的 SMTP 设置上，而非 Outlook 本身。请确保 STARTTLS、身份验证方式和端口与 Outlook 中的设置一致。请查看 Discourse 日志以获取详细的错误信息。
