# 登录请求过多被拦截？

Hi,

I have a number of users that I want to manually enable to attempt login to our Discourse site again. They have attempted to login unsuccessfully and are currently unable to attempt this again. Is there a way to refresh their accounts so they can do so?

See ` max logins per ip per hour` and `...per minute` site settings.
