# Overriding restricted tags on admins/staff

I think that topic is a little bit different (it’s also a bit old now), the original post there was talking about making a new topic without including _required tags_ (“you must choose at least 1 tag”) — what you’re talking about is tags limited to the category, which I don’t think staff can bypass.
