If you wanted to do it by hand in the container you’d do this:

./launcher enter app
cd /var/www/discourse/plugins
rm -rf discourse-ai
git clone https://github.com/your-user/discourse-ai
sv restart unicorn

If you do this it’ll be erased the next time you start a new container.
