As an admin, is it possible to view which topics have gotten “page views”(as opposed to replies) in the recent past, for example the past 24 to 72 hrs? Along with the number of page views?

I am not sure if that’s what you are looking for but it could help you out. When someone replies in a topic, a box appears under the initial post:
You will then be able to see the total amount of views. However, that’s something that everyone can see.

Your other option is to use Data Explorer. It will give more granular info (but will require SQL knowledge).
