我认为这个论坛使用了 [Material 主题](https://meta.discourse.org/t/material-design-stock-theme/47142)。  
页头可能使用了 [多功能横幅组件](https://meta.discourse.org/t/versatile-banner/109133)。我不确定“了解更多”按钮是如何实现的，它可能是组件自带功能，也可能是通过 JavaScript 添加的。

该论坛还使用了 [分类图标组件](https://meta.discourse.org/t/category-icons-component/104683)。我之前曾出于测试目的使用过这个组件。

乍一看，除了可能进行一些 CSS 微调外，没有其他修改。

因此，只要我拥有所有设计说明，定制您的论坛以达到类似效果应该没有问题。🙂
