# \[Paid\] Custom Built Forum Functionality

**What would you like done?**
Currently we’re roughly using Discourse “out of the box.” We’d like some custom features built (like a staff post tracker), and a branded forum skin implemented.
**When do you need it done?**
If possible, we’d like to be able to roll this out on our forums in the next couple of months.
**What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?**
This is a paid opportunity, but we’d like to get an estimate regarding how long this should take to complete.
