Discourse API를 통해 상호작용하는 중재 앱을 개발했습니다. 중재 담당자는 앱 내에서 업무를 수행하며, 포럼 사용자는 포럼에 게시물을 올리고 Discourse의 개인 대화(Private Dialogue)를 통해 중재 담당자와 소통합니다.
**어떤 작업을 원하시나요?**
**작업 내용:** 사용자가 중재를 위해 개인 채팅방에 들어와야 한다는 점을 명확히 보여줄 수 있도록 해야 합니다.
현재 상황은 다음과 같습니다:
- 사용자의 행동(예: 스레드에 텍스트 게시)은 Discourse에서 ‘Reviewable’ 객체를 생성합니다.
- 우리의 중재 도구(MTool)는 데이터베이스에 게시물을 기록하고, Discourse에서 개인 스레드(사용자 + 중재 담당자)를 생성합니다.
- 사용자는 Discourse에서 "귀하의 메시지는 사전 중재로 전송되었습니다."라는 팝업을 확인합니다.
- 사용자 메시지에 개인 스레드(사용자 + 중재 담당자) 링크를 추가할 수는 있지만, 사용자가 페이지를 새로고침하지 않으면 링크를 볼 수 없습니다.
**목표:** 사용자가 페이지를 새로고침하지 않고도 개인 스레드(사용자 + 중재 담당자) 링크를 볼 수 있도록 하는 것입니다. 링크는 사용자 게시물 자체에 또는 팝업에 추가할 수 있으며(어떤 방식이 더 쉬운지에 따라 선택), 둘 중 하나를 선택할 수 있습니다.
