What would you like done?
Restrict and lockup New/Free User at TL1 , because i would like build a social forum , so want to limited them cannot direct exchange contact at the forum but once they as paid member they will have Personal Message feature to PM the people they wanted to reach.
we found some solution idea is \>\>\> Unless i lock free users to TL1 and make paid members be TL2, and then change `min trust to send messagses` to TL2, so i need a plugin to do that.
When do you need it done?
Asap
What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
