Я был соавтором первого плагина для Discourse, основанного на изображениях, и продолжаю его поддерживать:

Базовый функционал оказался настолько успешным, что был интегрирован в ядро и официальные компоненты тем (хотя они немного отличаются от нашей оригинальной версии).
