# Paid: update the Zendesk plugin to convert pending posts

We’re looking to be able to redirect pending posts into Zendesk tickets. Moving them to [direct messages would be OK](https://meta.discourse.org/t/redirect-convert-post-from-pending-approval-to-direct-message/35781) too, but Zendesk tickets would be best.

We’re looking to sponsor the improvement of Shiv’s existing [Zendesk Plugin](https://github.com/shivpkumar/Zendesk-Plugin), to ensure that’s capable of redirecting posting posts into tickets.

This would be an open source project, we just want to see it done sooner than later. Thanks!
