# Parent category is not shown to web spiders

**Problem:**  
I was trying to access a child category on text browser and found its parent category link is missing

**Steps**  
1 Open any child category in any text browser, let say I have opened “wordpress” which is a child category of “support”

2 Link to “wordpress” category can be found but link to its parent “support” is missing
