# Password reset link does not work

Hello, users in my forum reported that password reset link does not work.

I did a test and it is indeed NOT working. When I click the password reset link in the email, it brings me to a page that says

“OOPS, page does not exist or is private”

Does anyone know what are the possible causes for this error?

Is there another way to reset the password for my users?
