What is your instance URL? And how did you set the redirect URI in Patreon?

What is this URL? Where should it go to? Currently it’s set to: http://www.prizetopia.win/patreon-authorization/ But that was defaulted. I didn’t input it. And it’s not a valid URL by the looks of it.
