For Patreon to work, You need an account on [patreon.com](http://patreon.com) and the Patreon Integration Plugin installed to Your discourse instance, All the necessary configuration is documented on the plugin page.
I’m afraid there aren’t many payment/subscriptions plugins available to discourse.
