# Persistent SMTP Timeout Issue with Spacemail on Discourse (VPS, Docker)

Problem will be at spaceship side. Because i tried GOOGLE SMTP, and it works and i´ve got test email.  
Today, I forwarded this to the spaceship technicians via spaceship support. I will let you know if any details are needed directly from you.
