Great question, @pfaffman.
Same error, but crashes in a different spot.
```plaintext
ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: PG::ConnectionBad: PQconsumeInput() server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.
: SELECT "user_uploads".* FROM "user_uploads" WHERE "user_uploads"."user_id" = 1221 AND "user_uploads"."upload_id" = 28216 LIMIT 1
```

This is not a crash per se:

The postgres DB going away is not something that we normally see.
How did you install? What is different/custom about your setup?
