# Pgsql-9.1 No such file or directory

hi i use

CentOS release 6.8 (Final)

i use [THIS](https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-discourse-on-a-centos-6-4-x64-vps#step-5-install-and-configure-discourse) guide from digitalocean to install discourse

in installation i install pgsql-9.6 and now when i want to run  
` bundle install --deployment`  
show me this error
