"Phishing (web forgery) suspected" - Seriously, I do not customize anythings

I started running this website a few days ago using Discourse. I added only this plugin:

And today, after updating to newer version, I have been noticed this terrible warning from Google:
Warning — phishing (web forgery) suspected
The site you are trying to visit has been identified as a forgery, intended to trick you into disclosing financial, personal or other sensitive information.

Please, I need your helps.

Submit your site on the Phishing Safe Browsing False Positive form: Report Incorrect Phishing Warning

Also make sure that you’re set up with Google Webmaster Tools which will give you more details on why your site has these and other warnings.

Thank you.
I deleted the topic already so I can’t now give you the specific things. I think the problems should be related to some outgoing links from the the content.
Is there any tools to check the website online to see if there are any unsafe problems existing?

See this part of my post:

They show something very general. Things are like the page seems to collect visitors’s information.

My guess is that it is seeing all the occurrences of “Google Adsense” as an attempt to mislead visitors into thinking it is an official Adsense site and it took a few days to arrive at that conclusion.

Did you have a “Google Adsense” site that was not Discourse previously that was OK?

BTW, I wouldn’t be surprised if even with the “Vietnam” appended it wasn’t against Adsense policy
