# Please allow topic titles to be edited pre-approval

All in one go?
Though I can see how this would be nice, I think it’s edge-case enough where the status quo is OK
i.e, edit the post and the category / title - tags separately
Is it the current process that big of and that common of a problem for you?
Or am I missing what you’re saying?

If the post is a reply, it’s a non-issue.
When the post will start a topic, it would be better to be able to add clarity/fix typo’s before it hits the forum (and all the subsequent emails, which can’t be corrected at a later time.)

This is why emails are always delayed by 5 minutes, so people posting have a chance to do final edits. There is a site setting for it as I recall…
