# Please release FLOSS version of Android App on F-Droid

I tried to test the official Discourse App for Android, but I don’t have any G%§$e Apps or Services on my Fairphone and never will. I downloaded it via [Yalp](https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdfilter=yalp&fdid=com.github.yeriomin.yalpstore), but the app doesn’t even work without chrome installed!
Would it be possible to make a FLOSS and non-G%§$e dependent version of the App and release it via F-Droid? Thanks!

No, this is by design:
