I have a specific ask.
For my company activity, I was looking to use Discourse as the Discourse Team does with Meta Discourse. When I send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, a subject is automatically created on Meta Discourse. I want the same for my support mail channel. When a customer ask something to my support email, I want my Discourse project to create a dedicated post automatically.
I would also like to know if there is a way to hide/blur some sensitives informations when the customer is sending his email before it goes online.
