ha la responsabilità. Il proprietario del server dovrebbe assicurarsi che alcuni server carichino il codice desiderato. Sia che si tratti di puntare il dito contro GitHub, a monte verso il loro TLD (ad esempio, .com), o ulteriormente a valle
