# Plugin for Avatar Decorations?

Is there any plugin or feature that gives Avatar Decorations similar to how Discord does it, where a GIF can be overlayed or behind the profile picture? It does not need to even be a GIF; just something that puts some type of aura decoration around the profile picture and maybe assigns it to groups.
