There are plugins for patrons and subscriptions - but are there plugins for accepting donations?

I’ve used [House ads](https://meta.discourse.org/t/house-ad-templates/122004) to point people to my [Ko-Fi page](https://ko-fi.com). I’m not sure what else a plugin would do. Maybe use the [Subscription plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-subscriptions/140818) but only use the group to give supporters a bit of flair and a title?
