# Plugin to gather approvals / signatures on an initiative?

Yea like Jay pointed out, there are inbuilt features that can help you achieve what you are asking.

You may also want to peruse the #Customization > Plugin and #Customization > Theme component topics to see if there might be some things that can enhance your forum features. I was thinking the [Custom Wizard plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/custom-wizard-plugin/73345) might be of use to you. We also have a [policy plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-policy/88557), [calendar and events plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-calendar-and-event/97376) and [topic voting plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-topic-voting/40121) that might interest your organization. Also, [topic templates](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topic-templates-for-categories-and-other-alternatives/38295) are very useful.
