# Polls in banner topics not functional & no linking?

This may be ‘working as intended’ but I thought I would raise it. Just noted that a topic with a poll in it shows up but without the ability to vote or showing the number of voting responses. I see this was raised in 2017 with the response by Jeff as ‘not supported’ so that is likely why, however, there is no default link to navigate to the topic unless you manually insert a link in the text. For topics that are relying on feedback or discussion this seems a bit odd.
Perhaps making the banner frame clickable to go to the topic might be good?

I re-categorized this because it doesn’t fit our definition of a bug.

I agree that it would be a nice feature to have.
