# Polls with markup show html tags

I just updated to 3.3.0.beta4-dev (6022cc2af8) and I’ve noticed polls with bold, italics or emoji appear with strong/em/img HTML tags. Strangely, the composer preview renders correctly:

This is a [known issue](https://meta.discourse.org/t/polls-causing-issues/315088/9), and the subject of an existing PR awaiting review:

I suspect this will be merged early this coming week.
