Hey there!

Just to confirm, are you using the [Solved Plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/c/plugin/solved) alongside the [Question Answer Plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/question-answer-plugin/56032)? (You mention marking the answer as a solution). That is a feature of the Solved Plugin.
