# 端口帮助和其他问题

这是我第一次使用没有“视觉反馈”的 VPS，说实话，在某些方面确实挺难的。

我遇到的第一个问题与端口有关。我使用的是 OVH，尝试过通过其防火墙面板以及 `sudo ufw` 来开放端口，但似乎这些方法都不起作用。目前我使用的是 CloudFlare 作为 DNS 管理器，这会是问题所在吗？

另外，关于 SMTP 服务器还有一个问题：我需要在安装 Discourse 之前先配置好它，还是之后可以更改？

如果您想安装 Discourse，可以将 Cloudflare 设置为“仅 DNS"模式。为此，请在 Cloudflare 的 DNS 选项卡中点击橙色云朵图标以禁用 Cloudflare 代理。禁用代理后，该图标应变为灰色。
