# Position of the New topic button on Horizon

I wonder if this button can be changed to floating and moved to the bottom right? I tried to do it using my limited CSS skills but I couldn’t do it; I suspect the HTML in Horizon is limiting this.

I appreciate any advice or guideline to make this possible 🙂
