# Possible Bug in Parent Category Mute

I’m trying to repro this but I’m not sure I’m following your method 100%?

My step-by-step:

- Go to #howto
- Mute category using the bell icon
- Select ‘Top’ view (deduced from screenshot, correct me if I’m mistaken)
- I can view many more topics than 5?
