Your screenshot looks very like my _tiles_ theme on [Topic List Previews (legacy)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/topic-list-previews/101646), a Discourse plugin I help maintain. I’m about to release an enhancement that allows you to increase the size of featured items to take up 2 columns instead of 1. The standard view is 3 columns.
