We send all activity from our Discourse site into a private channel in our Slack workspace. Internal discussions about some topics range between whispers in Discourse and messages in Slack and it would be nice to be able to see the whispered posts in Slack as well, but they don’t come across. Is there some configuration option I’m missing that would enable whispers to be posted to Slack alongside regular posts? ---

It is not currently possible. A per-channel setting would be quite a lot of work, while a single site-level setting would be significantly less work to implement. I think either would be #pr-welcome, as long as it’s appropriately tested to ensure we don’t leak whispers by default.
