# Posten via spraak op iOS

When using the Discourse app on my phone, there is a little microphone app that allows me to dictate the post I want to write, which is awesome when I am remote.

Is there a way to do this on desktop? I can talk a hell of a lot faster than I can type!

This isn’t imho a Discourse feature … it’s really down to your local OS and/or browser to implement this …

Ahhhh! OK - that makes more sense now. Let me see if I can figure it out on Windows 10.
