# Post not being detected as German

[This post in my community is in German](https://community.netwrix.com/t/warnung-bei-berechtigungsfehlern/128308), but it’s not being translated.

I tried forcing a translation, but it didn’t seem to work.

I’m curious what happens if I select German here. Does that force a language to be “set”?
