I am still having a similar issue in this topic:

@darkpixlz please can you follow these steps and let us know what you find:

Please can you visit /logs and look for any errors like
Psych::DisallowedClass (Tried to load unspecified class: Time)
The “Time” version is the only one we were seeing, and should now be resolved. What other ‘unspecified class’ errors do you see in your logs?
