# Post unread count displaying incorrectly

Hi,  
I’ve encountered an issue: when a new post is created and the unread count is displayed for that topic, upon visiting the topic and then returning to the topic list, the unread count remains the same. This occurs for all users of the forum. Is there any API, Ruby class, method, or function that I can check into for resolving this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
