# Post voting resets when changing categories

## ℹ Overview

Currently, changing the category on a draft set to allow post-voting resets the draft to a non-post-voting topic. This can be tricky to spot and is additionally problematic because topics cannot be converted into post-voting topics once created.

## 🚶‍♀️ Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure that `post voting enabled` is enabled.
2. Create a draft topic, click the + icon, and select `Toggle Post Voting`.

1. Change the draft topic’s category.

## ✅ Expected results

Post voting should not be impacted by changing categories.

## ❌ Observed results

Post voting is reset (i.e. toggled off).
