# Postgresql problem on moving discourse with rsync

I’ moving my discourse to a new vps, using [Move a Discourse site to another VPS with rsync - Documentation / Self-Hosting - Discourse Meta](https://meta.discourse.org/t/move-a-discourse-site-to-another-vps-with-rsync/43812/12)  
After copying full files, launching /discourse-setup I got this error:

570:M 27 Jul 2024 14:26:52.569 # Warning: Could not create server TCP listening socket \*:6379: bind: Address already in use  
570:M 27 Jul 2024 14:26:52.569 # Failed listening on port 6379 (TCP), aborting.

It seems Postgresql problem
