# Posting to a Discourse forum from iOS Shortcuts

Hmm, I just found this and tested it, and it seems to work all the way up until it doesn’t post to my forum.

I’m able to enter text, properly choose a category, but then it doesn’t seem to register as a post.

I tried it with both a single user and global user API key, with global permission on both.

It also doesn’t show the admin-only categories to choose from, which confuses me, too.

Any idea if this current shortcut still works? And if not, how to tweak it so it would?
