I’d be keen on seeing a pre-moderation plugin. Has anyone considered creating one?

This is coming in 1.3 and just got implemented with relative completeness. So remind me to delete this once it’s baked!

However I’m finding it a bit hard to find documentation about this feature or how it’s implemented?
