# Preparing for Discourse's upgrade to Ember 5

We’ve [now dropped](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/542cb22fd4961e7c172361dffb58f192d82c8983) the `EMBER_VERSION` feature flag. Going forward, Ember 5 is the only option.
