Prepend https:// to Web Site in Profile

Hi, this was suggested by a (now )Discourse dev a while ago here:

Should expect website URLs to be in lowercase

Not with CSS, but we could improve it a little bit changing the input from type="text" to type="url" or enforcing a non-capitalization with autocapitalize="off".

Just to let know there’s at least ones occurrence of this idea. I remember also raising it somewhere but can’t find the post.
