Privacy plugin that makes it more difficult for admins to read PMs

Although my priority in this plugin would still be the added friction, it occurs to me that an extended version of a privacy plugin could also address this issue (or parts of it):

as an admin, I can see the IP address of all users at all the time. That’s not exactly something I want to see or collect on the server that’s running this platform (read this post if you’re wondering why).
