我已使用 [Custom Header Links](https://meta.discourse.org/t/custom-header-links/90588) 主题组件来解决此问题。我想在某个时候添加一个像 Meta 上那样的横幅，但这只是一个快速的解决方案，也允许我添加一些有用的链接到其他功能。
