# Private forum stuck on loading screen

I think I see a `Zlib::BufError: buffer error (Zlib::BufError)` in there.

Could you try adding your `DISCOURSE_MAXMIND_ACCOUNT_ID` to your `app.yml` and see if you can rebuild successfully?
