# Private Message to System User -\> notify Administrators

Hi,  
a user sent a private message to the system user because some posts are assigned to him. It was only by accident that we discovered the messages and were able to reply.  
Is it possible to get any information by PMing the system user? eg. forward this to administrators group?

That is not possible at the moment, I believe. Think of system user as a noreply@ email address.

You can disable this setting called `enable system message replies` - that might solve your issue?

Thanks for your answer.  
The email address of the “system”-Account is “no\_email”.  
Unfortunately, this option does not solve the problem, since “System” is like a normal user account that users can write to.

Maybe also disable on `Allow other users to send me personal messages` on `/u/system/preferences/notifications`
